Virtual Medicine

First Stop Health

When you’re under the weather, there’s no place like home. And when you’re constantly on the go, scheduling a doctor’s appointment can easily move down your priority list. Virtual medicine is a convenient and easy way to connect with a doctor on your time.

We provide a free virtual medicine benefit through First Stop Health for you and your dependents when you are enrolled in a USACS medical plan. First Stop Health offers on-demand access to board-certified doctors through video, phone, or email. Access virtual medicine 24/7 for non-emergency care, when your primary care doctor is unavailable, when you need prescriptions or refills, or if you’re traveling.

Most visits take about 10-15 minutes, and doctors can write a prescription (in participating states). General health issues can be addressed at home for a $0 copay, regardless of which plan you are enrolled in. The most common conditions treated during a virtual visit include

  • Bladder infection/urinary tract infection
  • Respiratory infection
  • Bronchitis
  • Sinus problems
  • Cold/flu
  • Sore throat
  • Pink eye
  • Stomachache
  • Rash
